Future in our hands is a Norwegian non-governmental organization promoting ethical and sustainable consumption. Our goal is a socially just world, within the planetary boundaries.
Our work on sustainable finance includes targeting private banks and Norway's Pension Fund Global (The Oil Fund). We work for Paris Alignment, investments in line with the pathway to 1,5 degrees and divestment from fossil energy and other damaging sectors. Fair Finance Guide Norway (Etisk bankguide) is a joint project between Framtiden i våre hender and the Norwegian Consumer Council. The project assesses banks' policies and guidelines within 14 different thematic areas.
