Fair Finance Philippines conducts a yearly assessment of bank policies and their adherence to global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards through 11 core themes. The assessment scrutinizes policies of five (5) major banks on climate change, reviewing policies on fossil fuel and coal funding. Other themes include: Corruption, Human Rights, Labour rights, Nature, Tax, Consumer Protection, Arms, Transparency, Gender, and Financial Inclusion.
